Please allow 6-15 days for the completion of the painting. Pictures will be sent prior to shipment for your approval. I will then ship out the painting immediately.
Custom Order Details
Paintings larger than 48x24 inches are considered oversized and will be shipped rolled in a tube. These can be mounted at any local art or framing store. Paintings sized 36x24 inches and 48x24 inches or smaller will be shipped mounted on a wooden frame.

This painting is sold. Upon purchase, a new piece will be created in the same size, style, and colors. Please allow 6–15 days for completion. Photos will be sent for your approval before shipping."
Return & Delivery
How Can I Return ?
We have a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom orders and Made-To-Order paintings are only eligible for exchange only unless damaged during shipping.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded only the item price (not shipping)on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
